Rental & Terms for Hazeltree Cottage 2013
• The booking fee to confirm a booking is 20% of the full price
• The total rental fee plus a £100 deposit against damage or breakages (separate cheque) should be sent one month before the rental
• Details of how to access the cottage are sent on receipt of the full rental fee
• Access to the cottage is after 4:00pm on the day of arrival and by 11:00am on the date of departure
• There is a £30 a week reduction if you bring your own bed linen and towels
• The rental covers all services (electricity, heating, etc.)
