Hazeltree Cottage is situated in the heart of Old Freshwater, an attractive village at the head of the Yar estuary

for a map. The cottage is conveniently situated to the Lymington - Yarmouth ferry, Yarmouth is just 5 minutes drive
away. Mainline rail connections can be made to Lymington pier from other parts of the UK.

Hazeltree cottage is bright and tastefully decorated throughout. There is central heating and an open fire in the
sitting room for those chilly evenings but in the warmth of the summer there is a dining table and chairs in the
secluded garden outside. The dining room has a large pine table that can seat 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully
fitted with a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs the front bedroom
has a comfortable double bed. The middle bedroom has adult sized bunk beds whilst the back room has two single beds.

At the front of Hazeltree Cottage is a garden with space for parkling. The back garden stretches for 180 feet, is safe
for children, and overlooks fields.
